Jake was an actively involved student at Stoughton High and at UMass Amherst Isenberg School HTM program. It seemed only natural to offer scholarships at both places in Jake’s memory.
James Edward (Jake) Hoffman Memorial Scholarship–
Offered at UMass Amherst Isenberg School HTM program.
This award was established by family, friends and Isenberg classmates. It celebrates the life and spirit of Jake and his involvement with the school and the greater UMass Community. This scholarship assists an HTM student who has made a significant contribution to student clubs and activities and who exemplifies, in their own way, Jake’s charismatic personality, strong leadership skills, good academic performance, positive outlook and active extra-curricular involvement.
